Ty Gwenn is a 3-story designer home seeking unobstructed panoramic views from every single room: a pillow seaview from each room! It has private wind shielded terraces on each level. Easy access to each floor by elevator. A large oversize sundeck overlooks the coastline garden flowing into the sea. It has been landscaped by naturalist garden designer Erwan Ty Men.

On its top floor

Ty Gwenn by the Sea offers a large skydrenched reception area, an open sea dining room and an ultramodern fully equipped kitchen. Two private terraces with dropdown views for breakfast, and to host your summer lunches or sunset cocktails.

The middle floor

counts a multimedia family room, library and office space adjacent to the master bedroom with bathroom loft and dressing. Shower with a seaview!

An eastward stroll from the house you will reach the beach of Pors Mabo, a large and sandy beach also sought after for its spectacular rocks and crab fishing. Moving further east through the nature reserve Goas Lagorn to the wild beaches of Beg-Léguer. Westward along the coastal path one crosses the Pointe de Bihit, a panoramic lookout point before reaching Trebeurden’s main beach Tresmeur.
